Visits to the dentist are not something you look forward to, thats for sure, but my three visits to Graystone were so positive. From my greeting at Reception through to the consulting rooms I was treated with kindness and understanding. Everything was explained fully to me and I felt relaxed to ask questions however silly I thought them. Best bit of all was no pain....well perhaps a tiny pinch for the injections, but treatment was perfect, I even had the opportunity to watch tv or listen to music, which made the time go by very quickly. Chetan my dental consultant was excellent and not only has my root canal been completed but the awful sensitivity that I though was with me for the rest of my life has gone. I would not hesitate in returning for any further treatment I may need.....but I hope not to soon

Extremely friendly and reassuring staff at the desk, coupled with quiet efficiency.The actual clinical practice was also faultless, not only offering great competence and expertise, but also brilliant communication throughout the whole (lengthy) process required.I would, and already have, recommend Graystone referral centre to anyone.

We had a very positive experience with my 2 year old daughter here. All the staff were extremely kind and the whole experience is set up to make children feel relaxed and welcome, with toys, books and even a screen to watch while they are being examined. Dr Emma explained things really well and I would recommend Graystone to anyone who needs a paediatric specialist dentist.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Graystone for any restorative dental care.I was referred to Graystone after a lifetime of Bruxism and the resultant badly worn down front teeth and pretty broken and damaged back teeth. Multiple fillings on two molars had repeatedly fallen out and it was clear that some significant help was needed.Fortunately I ended up under the care of Rupert and AJ who between them undertook, what has been around 18 months of treatment. The front teeth were fixed up with composites and the back with crowns. I needed both root canal, and tooth lengthening, surgery to get the molars to be capable of crowning. While I think AJ is outstanding, in both his ability and care, I would be quite happy not to ever be in his chair again ! I can’t recommend either of those experiences for anything other than their outcomes. I do have to say though that the during and after care were exemplary. I had some discomfort after one of the tooth lengthening surgeries while I was in Athens on holiday and AJ took the time, and effort , to email me with the Greek medication that I should get to help. That helpfulness, and care, is demonstrated by the whole team. I spent, so many hours, in the chair with Rupert and I have to say that as well as being outstanding at his job .. I also saw Franz for Botox to combat the bruxism (which has also helped massively btw) and he had not immediately realised the top and bottom front teeth were composites which for me was a win .. having natural looking teeth was definitely a big plus on the outcome … is the nicest, and most caring dentist I have been treated by. All of the dental and reception staff are also great. Sarah, the practice manager is lovely, she ensured throughout that I always knew what was happening on my treatment plan and that I knew the timeframes and costs involved. Given the gum surgery required there needed to be a lot of time to allow the area to heal properly before the final crowns could be fitted for example. All of the dental nurses were also great. Given how many times I was there over the months I think I was looked after by them all .. Jo, Malissa, Kelly, and a special mention to Szidi (apologies for spelling) who would automatically put Brooklyn 99 on the overhead screen for me and pop the headphones on. What a great idea that is btw for a nervous patient, when you’re in the chair for 90-120 minutes it’s a great distraction !So in conclusion ..lovely people and outstanding dental professionals that I would not hesitate to recommend. I have gone from having extremely worn teeth and being restricted on what I could eat for fear of losing fillings to having what I think (hope) is now a natural smile back and a fully functioning bite and chew. Can’t thank them all enough.

Was referred here by my dentist following emergency treatment, due to needing root canal work on my front tooth. Not only did they fix my root canal, they also re-built my composite and I now have a perfect smile! The team are friendly, accommodating and kind. Would recommend anyone to go here.

Following an episode of very painful toothache, I was referred by my dentist to the Graystone Clinic. After an initial investigation, I was advised to have a root canal investigation and possible follow-up procedure. In the event, the tooth in question was too compromised and had to come out. This too, however, was too complex for my normal dentist to do, and so I was referred back to the Graystone to see a dental surgeon. At every stage of dealing with this unhappy event, the clinical and administrative staff at Graystone were courteous, professional and friendly. The practice provides a pleasant environment, and the quality of the treatments was, in my experience, consistently high. I would recommend the Graystone Clinic without hesitation to anyone who requires specialist dental care. Grahame

My 17 year old son had some dental treatment (tooth extraction) carried out by AJ at the beginning of the year. During the consultation, all the options were explained very clearly. The treatment received was excellent. The whole team were welcoming, professional and made my son feel comfortable during his visits. I highly recommend them.

I work as a visiting anaesthetist at this practice, and I’ve recommended them to several of my friends and colleagues, but that doesn’t make me any less of a nervous patient! So let me just say, from the other side of the fence, that I felt completely at ease and very comfortable during my sessions there so far, with AJ and with Eamon. Everything was explained fully and all my questions answered clearly. I felt reassured I was in the safest, most professional of hands.

I took my son, 9, to this practice because he has an issue with the enamel on his teeth. Emma and Kelly were so kind and gentle and made the experience so much easier. The assessment was really thorough and it’s great to have a plan for treatment that will protect his teeth. My son was really nervous but the team were really patient, caring and reassuring and he came away smiling! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone whose children are anxious about visiting the dentist. Thanks so much guys!

Excellent service from AJ and team. In the past at a previous dentist I had walked out of root canal treatment and had to find a dentist willing to sedate me before treatment. I needed further dental work and was referred to AJ. He overcame my fears with patience and explanation and as a result I was able to have root canal treatment without sedation.Really appreciate the great work done, cheers.

My daughter was referred to Graystone Referral Center for a complex tooth extraction. Dr Emma Ray-Chaudhuri and her team were very professional, informative and super friendly. In the end, the extraction was executed successfully without any complications. Credit to the whole team, they were very gentle and kind to my daughter. Also, the centre called me the next day to check if my daughter is okay. What a service, love it!

I visited Graystone's to have a complicated filling in my wisdom tooth. Sadly I've had this attempted at other dentists but within weeks it had fallen out.Graystone Referral is a very relaxing environment which made me feel calm even before I went into the surgery.Mr Ray-Chaudhuri was excellent, he examined my teeth and told me exactly what he was going to do step-by-step. I then put on my headphones to listen to music as suggested by the very helpful dental nurses.Mr Ray-Chaudhuri is very skilled and I left with a very smooth filling, which I am delighted to say is still perfectly intact 18 months later.

There is no other place I would trust with my teeth , I cant recommend Graystone enough ..I have many problems with my teeth and it's always complicated to solve due to issues with the sensitivity of my mouth and gums . At every stage of the process I was told exactly what will happen and my expectations have been managed realistically and in the end , successfully !I see AJ for my complicated dentistry and he has been an absolute wonder . I have also had subsequent follow up appointments for other specialist treatment with Frans who has only held up the exceptionally high standards set by AJ .The standards are also continued by all who work at the reception desk , with a calm informed approach. Nothing is too much effort for Sarah ,Grace , Malissa or any of the team and I always get a check post surgery to make sure all is well . If I need to speak to them with any concern they always have time or call me back . Its all very reassuring from beginning to end .Thank you Graystone

I saw AJ for a new retainer. He used a new 3D scanner to take a 3D image of my teeth which can be kept on file for future retainers too. This is super helpful for me as it means I won't have to keep going back for moulds to be taken like I have previously at other practices. The whole practice was modern, clean and efficient. I've visited Graystone twice so far, as I embark on a likely extensive course of treatment, firstly for a general consultation and x-rays and then most recently (yesterday) for a tooth extraction.On both occasion I’ve found the specialists I’ve met with (AJ, Rakan and Malissa) to be professional, reassuring and patient. As a nervous person they’ve been great at explaining everything before action is taken, what I can expect, why we’re doing it, always following up with asking if I had any question of my own.They seem genuinely invested in my wellbeing and giving the highest possible level of service. As far as my treatments are concerned, its still early days but my extraction was utterly painless, which I did not expect but am most grateful of.In summary, a great practice, filled with professional, knowledgeable, and caring people. I’d recommend Graystone and its staff to anyone.

I had to have a tooth extraction from the Graystone referral Centre and AJ and his Nurse Sarah made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I had to have a 3D scan prior to the procedure and being someone that gets a bit nervous with these things they did a very good job of putting me at ease. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

It's not often you can say a visit to a dentist was pleasurable, but I would say this one was. I was not looking forward to having a rather complicated root canal filling which I knew was going to take one and a half-hours, but I need not have worried. I never felt any pain and the wild life and nature videos on a ceiling screen were totally absorbing. Apart from the very slight and to be expected discomfort of having dental equipment in my mouth, I could have comfortably lain back there for longer. AJ explained things as he went along which I always like, and the Dental Nurse was very kind and attentive to any needs I might have.

The team at Graystone referral centre are absolutely amazing. My daughter was previously extremely anxious about dental visits after becoming very upset having to have an injection at our regular dentist. At Graystone she was made to feel at ease and really enjoyed the visits, the staff are so child friendly and use child friendly terms so things don’t sound daunting for the little ones. The centre is catered for children with books, toys and even a tv above the dentist chair so they can watch their favourite programmes. I would highly recommend Graystone referral Centre, just wish we’d found you all sooner!
